To insure your garbage gets picked up on schedule please have your polycart out the night before or no later than 5am on your pick up day.
Do not place polycart any closer than 3 foot to any solid object, i.e.: mailbox, fence, or any vehicle. We use automated trucks and these items can be damaged or destroyed.
If you have more than 1 polycart please put 2-3 foot of space between them.
All carts should be within 2-3 foot of the road side with the front of the cart facing the road.
Customers are allowed to put out 2-3 bags or boxes of extra garbage 1 time per month.
Bills are due on the 15th of the following month after you receive them, there will be a $5.00 late charge for payments received after the 15th. E-billing is the new and environmentally friendly way you can pay your bill. Instead of receiving a paper invoice through the mail, we will charge your account electronically and notify you of the payment via email. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover or pay on-line, just click the pay bill page.
